First off, I’m soooo sorry for the delay on my VIVA (Vivia Rockabilly Weekend in Las Vegas) Posts work is insanely busy right now which has not allowed me to come home and enjoy time sorting thru pictures and writing blog posts but I promise you they are coming in the next week..fingers crossed. IN the mean time, lets wish Ella Fitzgerald a very happy 96th Birthday!
As a swing dancing and a lover of Jazz it’s pretty much mandatory for me to listen to Ella and seriously how could you not anyways? She is amazing! Her voice, her humour, her style on stage, she was one class act and the music world was blessed to have had her in our lives for so long.
So with that I will send you off on your day with “Black Coffee” a favorite song of mine and very appropriate I feel as I write this post at 9am 🙂
