Yes, I can remember my Mother made a big deal about this, sometimes even at the cottage at Woodhouse Acres in Port Dover, alas I switched from real maple syrup to Mrs. Butterworths. Anybody want to talk about Pt. Dover back in the 50’s and 60’s? you know where to find me.

That is what is so good about pancakes, they travel really easy. Thanks for sharing!
Speaking of Port Dover have you seen my post on Summer Garden Dance Hall. I would love to hear any stories you had to share about this place? Others have shared in the comments section.

Obviously breakfast is the most joyful meal ever.
Obviously! 🙂
Yup, I had my pancakes and maple syrup on Tuesday.
But hey, the ad I liked best here was Pancakes and Spam. I have fond memories of Spam in my pre-vegetarian days.
Spam is not bad at all. I guess that is why it has such a long staying power. Glad you had your pancakes on Tuesday!
